FAQ

Questions we hear often.

How does an engagement start?

Every engagement begins with a short call to understand where governance currently stands. From there we scope the assessment, timeline, and fee before any work begins — no engagement starts without a clear, agreed scope.

Who do you typically work with?

Listed companies preparing for or already subject to CMA oversight, family businesses managing a generational transition, and government or semi-government entities navigating new regulatory requirements.

How long does a typical engagement take?

It depends on scope — a focused internal-controls review can run four to eight weeks, while a full governance-framework build for a board preparing to list typically spans a full quarter. Timelines are agreed upfront, not open-ended.

We don't have a formal board yet — can you still help?

Yes. Many engagements start exactly there — building the first board charter, delegation-of-authority framework, or committee structure from scratch for a founder-led or family business.

Is our information kept confidential?

Yes. Engagements are covered by a mutual NDA before any documents or data are shared, and all case references are anonymized unless a client explicitly agrees otherwise.

Do you work in Arabic, English, or both?

Both, fluently. Engagements are delivered in whichever language matches the client's governance documentation and boardroom — often a mix of the two.
